Reach the office
You can contact the office even when you cannot sign in to the app.
Email the office

416-277-9494Report a bug from the app
- Open Account → Get help → New request.
- Choose the closest available category. Add a subject and explain what you did, what you expected and what actually happened.
- Include the approximate time, your iPhone model, iOS version and whether you were on Wi-Fi or cellular. Under Account → Diagnostics, find the app version/build and Update identifier and include them if you can.
- Add a screenshot if it helps, after hiding client details or other sensitive information. Tap Send to the office. Your request and replies appear under Get help.
Never send your account password, app password or session token. If the app will not open or respond, use the office email or phone above instead.
Using TestFlight?
Open TestFlight, select RCIB Agent and use its Send Beta Feedback option. TestFlight also supports feedback from a screenshot taken in the beta app and crash feedback. Review what you attach: it goes through Apple to the developer. See Apple's TestFlight feedback instructions.
Common questions
How do I sign in?
Tap Sign in. The browser opens the brokerage's Nextcloud sign-in at drive.rcib.ai. Use the account the office set up for you and approve access. Return to RCIB Agent; if the browser's completion page stays open, tap Done. If the app shows “Signing you in…”, wait for the browser to close and tap Continue. The app is for registered RCIB agents; contact the office if you do not have an account. An onboarding invite is a separate flow.
What if sign-in fails or the app does not respond?
Check your internet connection and the account you used. Close the sign-in browser before trying again. Do not keep starting new sign-in windows while one is open. If it stays stuck, close and reopen the app, then report the time, error text and where it stopped. If your password is rejected or your account is not recognized, ask the office to check your access. Do not delete the app as a first step: that can lose local drafts and downloads.
How do I turn notifications on?
In RCIB Agent, open Account → Settings → Notifications. Allow notifications when asked. If iOS has blocked them, use Open phone settings when shown, or find RCIB Agent under Notifications in iPhone Settings and turn on Allow Notifications. Return to the app and tap Retry notifications. If the status still is not Live, send the displayed reason to the office. Focus modes can also silence alerts.
Who should I ask about a commission figure?
Contact the office's commission or accounting team using Get help or the contacts above. Include the deal reference, the figure you are asking about and why it looks wrong. The office must check the underlying record; app support cannot establish what is payable from a screenshot alone. Use the support request for deal details rather than TestFlight feedback.
How is my information handled?
Read the RCIB Agent privacy policy for the data the app uses, the services it contacts and how to ask the office for a copy, correction or deletion.
