- Open Account → Settings.
- Tap Request account deletion and confirm.
- The app signs you out on every phone and gives you a reference number. The office confirms by email.

If you no longer have the app, send the request here. Use the email address the brokerage has on file for you so the office can confirm it is you. Do not include your password.

What is deleted, and what must be kept
- Deleted: your sign-in for the app on every phone, push registrations, diagnostic error reports, Ask RCIB history, drafts and caches, and your access to Talk and RCIB Drive.
- Kept: records connected to real estate trades, commission and trust accounting, and other records RCIB Real Estate Limited, Brokerage must retain under Ontario real estate law and its record-keeping obligations. Messages and files you shared with colleagues remain in those conversations and folders unless the office removes them.
The office acknowledges requests within two business days and tells you when the deletion is complete. Details are in the privacy policy.
